AOG Day 13

Today I’m thankful that God has given us occasions to celebrate, including the simple occasions. Today was the first UGA football game of the season. (For those of you who do not live in the South, this is a very big deal). It’s nice to have something to celebrate and I’m grateful to have a husband who enjoys the spirit of every season. Today I have loved preparing football “snacks” and finding excuses to be out in this beautiful weather.

I am also thankful for my mom today. Well, I’m thankful for her every day, but when we came home from UNC Karis and I had been away for almost 2 weeks and she was extremely sympathetic. I had so much housework/laundry to do I just wanted to crumble… not to mention the stress of trying to find a neurosurgeon STAT to pull fluid off my baby’s precious little head! (PLEASE keep praying about this, by the way!!) My sweet mom dropped everything and just came to help me. What would we do without our mommas?

Continuing to pray with you and for you! May God continue to bless and sustain you. And as to your request, consider Dr. Jack Moriarity among all who are recommended to you for neurosurgery. Will talk.
